How do I choose the right size porch swing for my space?
We recommend measuring your available space and allowing at least 2 to 4 feet of clearance behind the swing and 1 foot on each side for safe movement. Most standard swings are available in 4ft or 5ft widths.
What is the difference between Southern Cypress and Western Red Cedar?
Both are naturally rot-resistant and insect-resistant. Western Red Cedar is lighter in weight and has a reddish hue, while Southern Cypress is a denser hardwood with a lighter, more golden grain pattern.
Does my swing come with hanging hardware and chains?
Most of our swings include standard hanging chains and basic hardware. However, heavy-duty ceiling hooks or specialized comfort springs are often sold separately to customize your installation.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For handcrafted or custom-made pieces, production can take 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for outdoor furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders are non-returnable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I maintain the finish on my wooden swing?
To keep your swing looking new, we recommend applying a fresh coat of outdoor-rated sealant or stain every 1-2 years, depending on your climate and exposure to direct sunlight.
