At The Porch Swing Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor relaxation space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made swings and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective padding included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back; we recommend using a trackable service as the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 15% restocking fee.
